Midwest Molding is specialized in insert and composite molding, straight molding, and assembly. In many cases, due to the geometry or size of the inserts, we utilize pre-mold, over-mold, and continuous strip molding. MMI uses all state-of-the-art equipment in its manufacturing processes. All molding machines have closed loop systems from the container to the throat of the machine in order to safeguard any exposure from the outside environment. In addition, MMI provides JIT service to all customers and all personnel are cross-trained to perform various jobs. MMI also uses SPC and measures of continuous improvement to exceed our customer's expectations. Our goal is to become the most competitive supplier by controlling costs and eliminating waste. addition, we can mold pre-mold and over-mold using the same or two different

assembled parts. For parts requiring miniature components, we can bring
inserts onto a carrier and mold onto a continuous strip. These types of
parts can be shipped on reels or per customer needs.
