![]() We strive to be the leader in the industry by providing engineering support to our customers to enhance manufacturability of design, provide ideal lead times, and utilize a systematic approach to eliminate waste and non-value added activities through the continuous improvement for all products and services. Midwest Molding is equipped with in-house product design capability. All design work is done on PRO-Engineer software on a UNIX platform and Unigraphics on a Windows NT platform. Our key to success is performing APQP, DFMEA, and PFMEA before the launch of any programs with full participation and interaction from all teams, i.e., engineering, production, quality, and purchasing. We manage all projects from start to finish and provide our customers with progress reports (Gantt Charts) on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Capability to design in house using Pro-Engineers Advanced Designer Package. This software is running on a UNIX platform and on the HP C 110 Workstation. One seat of Unigraphics (version 16) runs on a Windows NT (version 4.0) platform. All plotting is done on the HP Design Jet 750C (E size color plotter). All these tools make a powerful package for Product Design and Development. We also perform mold flow analysis. VP of Engineering |
